1. You are too good. I'm not saying that being good to people is bad, but some times, women seem to overdo it. 2. .Another cause is opportunity. It may be a co-worker, an old classmate who found him on Facebook or a chance meeting with a stranger at happy hour with the guys. The thrill of something new makes him feel like a desirable man again. Maybe he gets lost in the moment and goes along with it"once, for old time's sake."Perhaps a few cocktails have tied and gagged his moral compass, so he screws up.

4. Men may also cheat when they find themselves suffering from emotional chaos, perhaps brought on by a bitter argument with a girlfriend. Men often deal with turmoil through destructive means like drinking, drugs, violent behaviour and forbidden s*x. They will resort to anything to make the pain go away, and s*x does a pretty good job of that.

5. Cheating men need to be needed When men feel that they are not needed by their wife anymore, they look out for some other woman, who can understand them and make them feel special. As an obvious outcome of a new relationship, they get that feeling from the other woman. And suddenly when they are showered with attention, which they haven't received in a very long time in their marriage, they toss their hands in the air and get deep into the new hot and happening relationship.

6. Sometimes, men cheat to end the relationship. Sometime a cheating man will cheat on you because he wants to end the marriage or relationship.
