Hormones are important in women's health and well being especially as they play important roles.
These signs may indicate hormonal imbalance:
1. Mood Swings
When
constantly switching between moods especially happy, sad,depressed and
more without a reason then there could be a hormonal problem.Constant fatigue/weakness even after feeding well, not sick and so on may be an indicator of hormonal imbalace.
3. Low Libido
Low libido or loss of sexual appetite may be as a result of imbalance in the body.
4. Indigestion
Slow food breakdown as a result of indigestion which causes bloating, cramps in the stomach and more may indicate an imbalance.
5. Weight loss/gain
When
your weight reduces or increases dramatically without any thing i
particular causing this, there may be a hormonal imbalance issue.
6. Hot flashes and abnormal sweating
Frequent hot flashes followed by sweating and body tingling may be an indicator of hormonal imbalance.
7. Insomnia/lack of sleep
